In today’s economy, it is important to me to patronage establishments where I feel I will receive the bang for the buck along with excellent customer service. As a service customer with Weiss Brentwood Volvo, I feel I receive this and more. I have been a customer for several years and when I bring my car in for service, I know it is good hands with Keith Bostic. With his years of service and his knowledge base on the Volvo line, I trust any recommendations he makes regarding the upkeep of my Volvo.
 
Before I owned a Volvo, I was constantly questioning every repair the service advisor suggested but this is the case with Weiss Brentwood Volvo or Keith Bostic. His concerns are to make sure that when I drive off their lot, I am leaving with my safety in mind. I feel confident that the vehicle I am driving has been thoroughly inspected and has his seal of approval.
 
I would highly recommend the service department at Weiss Brentwood Volvo and Keith Bostic to anyone. As a matter of fact, any chance I get, I let everyone I know what a great experience I have every time I step in this establishment.

As a single woman searching for a product sold predominately by males can be extremely intimidating but this was not the case at Weiss Brentwood Volvo. I was in the market for a new car and undecided which make and model I would be settling for. Since this is a very expensive decision to make and because of the cost involved, I wanted to make sure to I made the right choice.
 
I had just completed visiting three of the four dealerships I had on my list when I walked into your establishment. I have to admit right off the bat I knew I had entered a place of business with a family style atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant lady with a big smile and was asked how I could be assisted. When I told her I was in the market for a new vehicle and uncertain which model, she said no problem she will get one of your sales staff to assistance. I was introduced to Mr. Ric Woods. He asked what I felt were very important questions to establish what my needs were and was there a particular price range I was looking to stay within. Once this was narrowed down, I felt I could let my guard down because Mr. Woods made me feel comfortable and this continued through the entire process.
 
I am happy to say, Ric made my decision relatively easy and I am now a proud owner of the new Volvo XC60. This was the best car buying experience because there was never a point throughout the entire process that I felt pressured.
 
Going forward, I intend to tell as many individuals as possible about the refreshing and wonderful experience I had at Weiss Brentwood Volvo.
